To make a long story short, I cannot find a reservoir I like, so I have elected to build my own.
The plan is to get some 2" acrylic tubing, and build a standard cylindrical reservoir. Where it gets complicated is that I want not only a spiral in it, but I want it to rotate. I have worked out the entire reservoir, but I need some help finding the spiral acrylic/tubing/whatever. My last resort will be to get some coiled air hose, stretch it out, put a wire in it, and paint it. Any ideas where I can get it? I would much prefer it to be clear or translucent so I can stuff it with LEDs.

I have found something at least.
FrozenQ will sell me a pair of the acrylic spirals from their reservoirs, but he said they are too heavy to be spun with the pump. I could always use a motor, but I would rather not. So yeah, I am still open for ideas. Quote:
