Default cpu vcore locked on auto help

guys i have a problem my vcore is locked in my bios i have a asus pw5 motherboard ati crossfire i have tried everything but noting helps i have updated my bios with the latest version also flashed with afudos but its not helping i have intel q9550 cpu stepping A revision E0. i hope someone can help me here

I did a lot of reading even before I had my first cup of coffee.
From what I found that CPU chip is locked out from over clocking.

but iuts overclocked only the v core is the problem i have it stable at 3.15 ghz but if a want to go higher then i must set my vcore but i cant

this guy have the same cpu and have it clocked to 4,2ghz my is now running at 3.13 ghz i have set the fsb termanation higher maby my motherboard is the problem before i have a q600 and i can set vcore to 1300 with that cpu but the cpu what i now have i cant only fsb and ram and fsb termenation
