Default CPU Cooler

ok so im looking at the Zalman CNPS9900A-LED PWM Tunnel Flower Cooler

CNPS9900A-LED PWM Tunnel Flower Cooler

has anyone used this or is there a better CPU cooler for around 40

Coolermaster is one to definitely look at!
Even better, Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 CPU Cooler is a very good CPU cooler that will keep your Processor freezing, have a look

But yes, the Zalman CNPS9900A-LED is a good cooler, that family kine with Zalman's trademarked Circular coolers is proven to be very efficient, so yes, I would recommend it!
