Corsair H100 or Custom Loop for extreme-ish overclock

What are your guys' thoughts on the new-ish Corsair H100?
Do you think it is worth the price? Or is it better to build my own custom water loop?

I'm hoping to overclock my AMD Phenom X6 1055t to at least 4.0ghz, if I can go higher I would like to hit 4.5ghz.

So, Corsair H100 or Custom Loop?

I'm thinking custom loop because I dont think the H100 will be able to keep my temps low.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
