which cooling system is better (liquid) + detail question

Corsair Vengeance Series C70 (case) push pull h60 or pull H100?

Corsair Vengeance Series C70 (case) push pull h60 water cooler or should i do push OR pull H100?

Additional Details I can't fit push/pull H100 in that case. If I could I would. -.- I just couldn't find a case that fit my needs/wants better.

The build is i7 3770K 3.5 -3.9 (Turbo) (will be OC'D , 8gb ram, Asus p8z77 v premium, gigabyte 670(x2) SLI,Kingston 120gb ssd

how about a smaller step down rather then going all the way down to a H60?
corsair also has a H80, which looks much like the H100. it's close to the H100 in performance and cheaper.
Do you think the H80 will fit?
there are also a H70 if the H80 doesn't fit either. the H70 should fit in all modern gaming cases.

I would say a black case, and then put in some fans which does not have neon light, and then buy some quality red neon light stripes.

I can fit the h100 in push OR pull setup but not in a push/pull setup. I was looking at the h80 and I wasn't sure if I could get it to fit or not. However the case has a spot in the top that is built for a h100 in either push or pull. ( its a corsair case)

Its the same concept as using air cooling

In push / pull there are two fans one eaither side of the radiator
EX air flow represented by arrow's)

-> [Fan ] [ radiator ] [ fan] ->

Push is
-> [Fan][radiator ] ->

Pull is
-> [Radiator ][fan] ->

Air is best when entering cool.
