Cooling Questions?? And Overclocking Questions??

Alright I am thinking of switching the motherboard I am going to buy instead of the one in my build setup below I was thinking of getting the ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard.
My question is...Is it 6.0Gb/s or 3.0Gb/s?

and also could you link me to a vrm cooler for it or is the Enzotech MOS-C1s the best or the Enzotech MOS-C10s or should i get different ones? Link Please..

Oh yeah is the onboard sound good on that motherboard... it says 8 channels but ya is it good? or should I buy another sound card?

And Im looking at the RAIDMAX Quantum ATX-798WB Case because it has 5 included fans do you know if it is good for cooling and will it keep my G. Skill Ripjaw Ram cool while I am overclocking to around 3.8ghz on the 1055t


If I had this setup what could I overclock it to do you think i could get it to 3.8 or even 4.0 and what would I set all the numbers to in the Bios?(E.X. FSB, Multipliers, voltage and all the rest of the numbers)
