Default which combination of settings provides the best overclock?

I have heard of tweaking the fsb, cpu multiplier, memory timings, voltage, and frequencies. I would like to know how to achieve the best balance of settings for all of those settings combined. I just bought a phenom II X6 1090t be and 4 GB ram w/1333MHz speed.

Default Re: which combination of settings provides the best overclock?

RAM rarely needs to be overclocked, and 1333mhz is more than fast enough for just about anything. i believe DDR3 can be OC'd to about 1600mhz give or take. as for the CPU, depending on the factory clock speed, 6 cores at 3.4-5GHz is acceptable.
