This HP machine was bought new in November.
After changing out the CPU and video card, I thought I would OC a little to boost the performance but, I don't think it's possible with this motherboard. On the BIOS page there is none of the information needed to OC. Can I put in a different motherboard to fix this problem??? Thanks

You can always replace the motherboard with an aftermarket one that is compatible with installed components of the computer. It also has to be of the same form factor such as ATX or mATX so that it fits the case properly. Which HP do you own?

Most OEM motherboards from manufacturers like Dell, HP, etc do not allow you to OC. Like Atomic Rooster said, you can get an aftermarket motherboard.
