Video Card: XFX ATI RADEON 4890 1GB
CPU: AMD PHENOM X4 II 3.4GHZ - Running of stock cooler - Which is seemingly noisy when the temperature rises to the likes of 55 degrees celcius+ When I place the video settings on EE3 to around low medium or high (high is where I think it should be because I THINK the Video card can take it, correct me if I'm wrong!) However the CPU speeds up and I HATE the noise sometimes. And as the CPU warms up the units in the game such as ships and people etc. are very jumpy in movement. Can you reccommend me a good heatsink/ cooler that will be quiet and cool. Not just for EE3 but the likes of Sims 3 etc.

For £20 you could get a coolermaster hyper212 cooler.
Its highly recommended for overclockers so it should bring your temps at least 10 degrees lower compared to the stock one. Make sure that it will fit in your case because the heatsink is very large |
