If cheap is what you're after then you're probably better off getting yourself a good heatsink instead.

XSPC Rasa-$60
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=29841 EK 2.2-$47 http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=26772 Add tubing and fittings and expect to pay around $130-$150 depending on what you go with. A t-line will work as a reservoir so that saves you a little money, they're just take longer to bleed.

well for the price i was going to start around Newegg.com - Thermaltake CL-W0075 Liquid Cooling System
also will http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835708051 fit my gtx 465 (i hope) then realy i should just need a water block for my gpu. i wont be using the cpu block that comes with it or any at all since i have a h70. thoughts?

Thermaltake kits are not worth it. Pumps aren't known to last long and the acrylic tops on the blocks can be prone to cracking.
You're much better off piecing your own kit together from companies that are well-known in the water cooling business like Swiftech, XSPC, EK, etc.

That's much better. You don't want Tt for liquid cooling.
