Question AMD II Phenom x4 955 Fan auto speed not increasing RPMS to MAX

Hey guys, so the past few days i realized my stock fan isn't spinning normally. First cool n quiet is enabled, and normally the fan would spin at higher RPMS when the cpu gets hotter, however the past few days when gaming its just been spinning at around 3400 rpms. Before this happened the fan speed would gradually increase whenever the cpu temps rised, now it doesnt do that anymore and my cpu is getting much hotter than ever. If anyone has a fix for this, it would be much appreciated. Thank You

Normal - 3400 rpms low, 5400 rpms high
Now - 3400 low. 3800 high (4200 max so far).
