Do i need to buy an internal modem if i already have a wireless network card in my PC for it to have internet? Because I already have another computer that receives internet through an EXTERNAL modem and cable and i still want both computers to be on the internet at the same time.

It sounds like you'll need a wireless router so that you can share the interent.
I assume your External modem is NOT dial-up. I'm guessing it's DSL or Cable. If so then you'll need a Wireless Routers to allow you to share your connection with multiple PC's. If you are using dial-up then you won't be able to share your connection.
