Wifi problems need help!!

I recently ran into a problem with both my WLAN adapter, It continually tells be Windows cannot configure it because the WZC is disabled even after I manually enable it from the system root. The WAC also will not read my ethernet cable. I have tried a system restore, manually enabling the WZC, rolling back the driver, and looking for updates for the driver of which I have found none. I am using Windows XP 32 bit on an HP Mini 1000 Netbook. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You may have some 3rd party software controlling it. maybe un install this if any ?

I checked, no 3rd party software, however my cosmetics also switch back to Win. 2K so I'm starting to think it's some kind of Malware.
