Default Where did my networked files go

OK here goes:
I have 2 computers that were networked to access files on an external hard drive (SEAGATE) as well as print to the same printer. They were also connected by a NETGEAR wireless router. The main computer crashed a few days ago and I loaded an old windows xp home edition that I had (the computer originally had windows xp pro placed there by the seller as a 'authorized' copy so I did not have a cd). Since that the crashed computer is back in operation with everything gone. However I am unable to access the networked files, the message: (computer name) sharedDocs is not accessible. you might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permission.
The network path was not found.

You need to map the network drives onto the computer.

It does sound like you'll need to re-mapped the network drives. Make sure that they are still shared properly from the other computer as well.
