For testing, you could go in and allow 'Everyone' to have full access. Also, there are 2 places to add everyone (or any user), under the Security Tab and under the Sharing Tab>Permissions button.

Tried this. For testing purposes I turned ALL security off. No passwords on any accounts, everyone has full read/write, no firewalls etc.

To clarify: By EVERYONE, I mean that if you type 'everyone' under the security tab, it will add the group 'everyone'. Not just adding the usernames of all users.
