We are facing a lot of problems with CZentrix Dialer
I had purchased a CZentrix Dialer (Vicidial-based) for my domestic call center (110 seater). Though people suggested me to opt for Interactive Intelligence or Aspect, I bought Czentrix Dialer das it was quite cheap. And since then, we are facing a lot of problems. Our IT team remains busy in troubleshooting as Czentrix and other similar company that are not product developers, so they cannot fix bugs. Resource Management is not at all possible with Czentrix.
Please suggest any best dialer provider in india
