Default VoIP question.

When you are on you webcam and are talking to someone, is that considered VoIP? Since i talk to someone as if it were an actual phone call I was just curious if it were. Any info would be great thanks!!

Yes, that is VoIP. Anytime you're communicating via voice over the Internet, this is considered VoIP. For more information, check out the Wikipedia entry on VoIP
