Default User Access & permissions to certain files and installed programs

Hi people...

Sorry, if it's in a wrong section. Please move it to the right one...

I am currently using vista ultimate.. and I have created an account for a user e.g. User A

I am the admin and I have several different programs installed on my admin account. Now, I want to give user A access to some installed programs... e.g. Games like AOE 3 (I play it a lot and love it) and Call of Duty or other programs like dreamweaver etc..

How can I do this? I know this is not through Security ... I think it's something from policy?

Please let me know thanks

When you installed them, did you say give access to 'my user account only' or 'anyone who uses this computer'. By default any program you install should be able to be access by all users.

Well there are some games like Call of Duty and Age of Empires that did not give me any option to select this...

So, now I want to give access to those games to that certain user/usergroup... Know how to do it?
