Ubuntu cant get online

I just installed ubuntu onto a new SSD but can't get online. In networks it says wireless unavailable. I tried downloading a network driver and put it on the disk but it came up as an error. Any ideas what may be the issue?

Little icon in the tab saying you need drivers at all?

If there is one, plug into an ethernet port and install the driver.
