I need to know the best Web Proxies adn the best freeware for those i found a great one and can't remember the name it alerted you on ANY incoming connection by IP and also allowed you to route all the traffic to a proxy server to. Anyways any good freewares out there? Im kind of bieng DOS'd right now and i need the security before it hapens full.

A Proxy Server wont stop you from being DoS'd/DDoS'd.
