Default Trouble with Filesharing on network

okay, I have some files I'm sharing on my home network, but some of my computer's can not access them. I'm running Windows2000 while another computer is running XP and another running Win98SE.

I have set the sharing permissions to everyone, but the windows XP computer requires me to login with my username and password from my computer. Now, on the Windows 98SE computer, I get the option for a password, but the username just says something along the lines of "//(my computer)/IPC$" and my password on my Windows 2000 computer (which has the shared folder on) doesn't work.

How do I fix this so anyone at my house can access these shared folders on these computers?
