is there a way to change IP per region

Well basically what i need to do is this
i live in one region and can only purchase something online from another region, basically what i need is a way to temporarily change my ip to make it look as if i'm in hawaii, any ideas on how or if this is possible?

You can't change your IP to look like it's in Hawaii, no. What you can do though is run through a proxy in Hawaii if you can find one, then visit the site through that (which should fool it successfully.)

btw this is to trick the xbox to believe i'm in hawaii since i made my account there and xbox system is sooo retarded that you can't buy online unless you're in the location of where you made the account -_-
