my boss is experiancing some trouble with talk talk broadband. They have given him a modem/router and we just cant seem to get him connected. We have tried phoning them but none of them seem to know what to do. can anyone help?

well its talk talk they are having tons of problems at the moment, i would get in touch with them again. If they cant get you connected, then we havent got much chance of connecting you Chances are that your broadband connection isnt even enabled yet, and if thats the case then its down to them to sort out.

yeah heard bout that , i am having a few problems on orange broadband at the moment
