Hello all, im wondering what the best way to obtain optimal security in the U.S. would be for a home user. From what i have gathered the US has little to no regard for internet privacy. I've heard subscribing to an out of country proxy can be the best way. I do not mind paying up to $100 a year for services. can anyone make suggestions or let me know if i am misinformed?
