Small question about Router software being removed?

I have two operating systems installed, Linux and Windows. The Windows part has the Netgear router software for updating it and that kinda thing. I'm deleting everything on the hard drive to re install Windows. Would the router still work even though the software was deleted? Obviously it would still be plugged up correctly.

All the settings and stuff you set in the software got saved onto the router. You should be fine without the software.
