Slow wireless help?
Hello I have AT&T as a internet provider.. My desktop (Its on a wired connection) gets 8.83 Mps download speed and .98 Mps upload. My Ipod however gets 22 kbps download speed and481 kbps upload. I'm using a linksys 2.4 GHz wireless router. There is no sercurity it's open and no encryption setting.
I'm not too computer nerdy so can anyone help? I cant even load a youtube video and it takes forever too view a text base web page. |

Your Iphone may not be automatically connecting to your wireless router. It sounds like it's using 3G. Check "settings" on the phone and connect to your wireless network.

It's a ipod 4th gen. Only WIFI compatible. It is connecting to the right access point,
