Sky email

Does anyone know if it is possible to import emails and contacts from gmail and Windows live mail into my Sky email?

I'm not sure...

but I would leave a good free provider, (gmail, outlook.com yahoo etc) to go to one tied to my ISP, what are they going to do with your emails once your contract is up and you want to change suppliers?
