Im assuming that you have SP2. Make sure that printer and file sharing is set up with your windows firewall. Control Panel> Windows Firewall> Exceptions Tab> File and Printer Sharing. Make sure it is checked. If so, then check your networks connections. Make sure that your wireless connection has "File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks". If not install it. As a last resort it might be because I think on Home Ed. you have to have Guest account enabled to allows other to access File Shares because it only uses simple file sharing.
