I was just bored one day.. and thought of this could be a great idea...

Many companies and universities set up computers to share CPU resouces.. now, more then ever... many homes have more then one computer switched on at any given time. Most likely... some of the computer at sitting on idle speed or just keyboard pushing application like what I'm doing now. LOL
is there a software/program allow that technology to use at home? to share another computers cpu.

mite help me in rending hi frame pictures, any iders on OS need or software that mite do this. :)

just wondering if possible in windows 2003 enterpirse. if any u guys got some now how on setting it up. but if linux is the way to go. then looks like a option. ive got lern.

That's Server 2003. High bucks for a home system. You can set up the drives to share if that's all you're needing. Or set up a network drive. Or just set up one of your systems to be a server. XP Pro has a few extra bells and whistles.
