Default Setting up VPN

Our school is going to set up a VPN and we now have ethernet in every room and want to set up the netwrok on each computer. Have any of you guys set up a vpn? Are there any problems i should look for. I will be using netscreen software. I would love anything i can get. Thanks.

Default Re: Setting up VPN

if you got some money in the budget ... buy a PIX firewall from Cisco. Configure it for VPN's Not familiar with netscreen software, so ... not much help there.

Using PIX would be less of a headache though. Once your VPN is set up, you'll want to make sure your pc's are set up for remote logins. What OS's are your pc's running?
