Router to Router Connection

Here's the situation:

I have a D-Link DI-604 (only LAN connections) router connected to my modem.
Connected to port 3 in the DI-604, I have another router; D-Link DI-524 (LAN/Wireless connections).
Now, I'm trying to use the DI-524 for both LAN and Wireless connections.
I've connected the WAN port of the DI-524 into port 3 of the DI-604, but I recieve no connections what so ever.


Can someone help me network this properly please?

Why not just use the one router (the D-Link DI-524)? The lease you could do is hook the DI-524 up to the modem, and run the other router off of it. Just disable DHCP on the secondary router. If you don't understand what I'm saying, post back.
