You could use Net Send as long as that port (1026 I think) is open and that service is running.

Command Prompt >> Net Send IP.Address Message

ie: Net Send XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX Hey I'm about to remote in!

How can I check to see if the port is opn/service is running? Also, if nor, how can I open it and get it running? Thanks!
