That I can't help you with. I'm splurging for this one - Ceton InfiniTV 4 Quad-tuner Card for Watching Digital Cable TV on the PC, PCI-Express x1 Interface - Newegg.com

What are the differences? I can see that the Hauppauge is a box while the Ceton is a card, but what practical effect would this have?

The only difference I see between the two is two tuners in the Hauppauge vs the 4 in the one I linked.

Seeing as how you have TW, I'm going to provide this link. It gives TW's phone number that leads you directly to people who do nothing but cable card stuff. Use that number to activate the card (not the one media center gives you) as well as any issues you have.
