Default Quick Question

I don't ever come here, so I don't know if this is the proper place, but...

Is there a way to change IP addresses on a network computer?

I've been IP banned, and I want to know if I can be above the system.

Seti says> If you have been IP banned then must have been for a good reason. Asking for info to get around a security feature and mostly around an IP block is a no no here. Don't ask for this sort of information or you may find your IP blocked here as well.

not unless your admin or have the password for the admin. I don't believe there is any other way... and if there is it would be considered illegal.
