Proxy Server ! The Best One !

I an new in networking field, so i need your help !
I am facing now the need of instaling one proxy server. My problem is that i dont know witch one is the best, regarding the security, chaching posibilities and configuration options !
I am using WINDOWS OS.

if it was Linux, then obviously SQUID, I'm not sure if there are windows ports of Squid though.
Winroute is meant to be quite good, (It's a firewall proxy combination) but when I tried it at home it kept falling over.
If you've already got the firewall aspect covered, then I'd heartily recomend privoxy.
www.privoxy.org it's available in windows and linux ports and is a web proxying content blocking pop-up stopping masterpiece, and it's free.
