Printer Bluetooth question

I have a Kodak ESP-7 and want to run it via bluetooth to my computer. I have bluetooth on my computer and was reading online that I would need a bluetooth adapter for the printer. Of course Kodak advertises their own adapter as the one I will nee. My question is do I have to buy Kodak's adapter, or will just any bluetooth adapter do? Or is there a specification I should look for when buying a non Kodak adapter?
