Port Problem... PLEASE help

I have been trying to open webdisk(hostgator file client) and keep getting the error:
Internet explorer could not open <https://dohdrivers.com:2078/>; as a web folder. Would you like to see its default view instead.

when i click yes i get this error:

there was a problem connecting to the webdisk service. Please make sure ports 2078 (ssl) and 2077 are not firewalled.

I am currently connected directly to the modem. I turn my firewall off and get the same error, and I even allowed those 2 ports in windows firewall. I am at a loss for words and am hoping you can help

Besides the windows firewall, do you have any other software running? And I find these things a problem if you've ever had anything installed like ZoneAlarm (and IP blocker).

I'm not at home so I can't mess with it, but I think 127.0.0.1 (I know it's the loopback address) will open your router configuration. See if there's some way you can block/add IPs there.
