Default please help network sending more than recieving

hey guys please help me my pc is sending more bytes over the network than its recieving which in turn is using up all my upload cap. but the thing is i am not sending and info. i have run ad aware super anti spyware and avg antivirus but its still doing the same i have attached a pic of the network status for you.
please any help would be appreciated because in the space of a few hours it has up loaded ove 1.5 gigs of data according to my service provider.

Check for any P2P sharing programs. Limewire/Frostwire, uTorrent, etc.

Any program that is sharing data could be causing this.

Also, I'd run MalwareBytes AntiMalware. It's much better than any of the programs you listed. The "super anti spyware" program sounds like the name of a virus program. Download, install, & run MalwareBytes AntiMalware. If it doens't find anything, then you very likely don't have a virus.

Don't take life too seriously -- no one gets out alive. Plus, who wants to arrive to the hereafter in pristine condition wearing a suit and tie?
I want to slide in sideways, worn out, used up, hair a mess, clothes tattered, & screaming, "Whooo! What a ride!"
