Default Ping/Latency problem

Alright, about a week ago, internet has been getting laggy. Not in the sense that I can't go on youtube or download something with reasonable speed, but it hasn't been up to speed like it was before. I toke a speed test from speedtest.net

I then test it on the shaw speed test because I have shaw internet!

Now, I know the shaw speed test is more accurate because of the fact that playing Counterstrike is near impossible now. A server that I would normally get 40-50 ping, I'm now getting 200+ up to 500?

But as you can see, its just the ping. Nothing else has really slowed down that much. And its been like this for atleast a week now. Downloading things are slower but manageable. Anyone know whats up?
