Default p2p program not working

Can anyone instruct me on what settings to apply to my p2p program so that it might work? I have a wireless router connected to my computer and ever since I connected it, I have not been able to use my p2p program. What the $%^&??? Can anyone help?

What Kind Of Wireless Router Do You Have? Have you tried to use port forwarding here is a good site for reference

www.portforward.com
There are tutorials on how to enable that and even what ports to use for that program. I hope this helps.

the simple answer here is no we cannot help you in anyway shape or form with P2P programs.

I know the programs themselves are not illegal, but the access to illegal content is there, and it's far too much of a grey area...
