Default No Internet through VPN

Hi all. So yesterday I used the windows "allow incoming connections" thing to create a VPN server. Which works brilliantly. I can access all my files etc. however the problem comes when anyone connected try's to use the Internet. No one can. I've tried disabling "use remote gateway" on one of the pcs but it no longer connects to the VPN. Is there anything I can do from the server to allow them to use their Internet.

I only want the VPN really to share some films with friends

You would have a much easier time setting up an FTP share.

what you want to achieve is called split tunnelling. (there's a good place to start searching)

This. Trivial in Linux (well, if you have a generally good knowledge of these things!) but I haven't tried on Windows before so can't be of more specific help.

However:

This isn't what a VPN is for. As someone else has suggested, either set up a FTP server or use something like Mega to upload the files (and make sure the associated encryption keys don't make it beyond those you want to!)
