Default Network Restrictions

Hey everyone, first post

How would i go about setting up restrictions on my network?

My brother and parrents dont know much about internet secruity etc... so i want to make it so they need permission to install things downloaded from the internet.

Also, how do i make it so my computer is the master, and the others are just clients? If i was the master, would i only need 1 firewall? or do i need to go and install the firewall on every computer?

Any ideas on how to get started?

i think i already suggested trying out www.f-secure.com they have a beta version of Internet security 2007 that i think will work just fine for you.
