Default Need Help
Line quality test packet loss and latency | DSLReports.com, ISP Information

I dont know whats wrong with my computer but i have been getting packet loss and a pretty high MS, I did a test that told me it would let me know where the problem is coming from but im bad with computers so i dont know what the results of the test mean. Can anybody tell me what it means its in the link?
