Default Multiple network connections

Hello, at work I have our company's ethernet network and then I do tethering on my iPhone for unrestricted internet (legitimate uses only).

So right now I have IE setup for my company's proxy and webmail. Then I have Firefox setup for direct internet connection. In order to use one or the other, I have to disable one of the adapters in Network Connections.

Is there a way I can just assign separate network connections to each browser?
