Default multiple ISPs

hi there,

im using ISA 2006 as proxy for my workgroup.. i need a way to connect to two different ISPs as a redundant connection, so in case the first one fails the other will run directly.. i heard that ISA doesnt support multiple gateways, so is there a way??

other than that, is there a way to be able to give some employees a certain connection and other employees another connection... is it possible?

i need help!!!!!!!
