Are all devices connecting to the router by wireless or wire ?

We had a problem like that at work, but it turns out the DNS service was set up incorrectly. You might have a DNS issue. Does the wireless signal turn itself off, or do you just get the self-assigned IP (169.254.x.x) occasionally?

I have dns issues with my router and I have to unplug it from time to time. Unfortunately There is nothing you can do except call your service provider. Hopefully they will fix the issue.
