ISP is an acronym for internet service provider, so contact bt if its bt broadband the number is 0800 800 060. it could be your modem settings, give em a call n they will sort u out!

Well on the host computer u need a static IP of 192.168.0.1 and a subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and on any other computers attached to ur LAN u need to check the circle that says obtain IP address automatically. or configure it so it wont conflict with host computer, e.g. 192.168.0.5 etc.
