Default IP Hosting?

Sorry, I don't even know where to begin with the title.

Basically here is what i'm trying to do. I own my own business and im trying to set up a host at my home.

This is my goal. To be able to have my same IP address while I am out on my business trips. I want to be able to connect through some sort of system where I can access my IP while i'm away. I use some online software where I am limited to use on a single IP address and I need to use the software while im out and about.

How will I go about doing this? Please don't post any other suggestions than the one I am asking.

Thanks.
