Default Internet Usage

I have a 300gb cap through comcast and find our usage very close to the limit each month and have actually gone over for May. What could be eating up the time?

we have playstation 3 with wireless head set and play mostly NHL and NBA about 35 hours per month.

Netflix about 15 hour movies per month.

Drop Cam about 4 hr per month.

I personally send about 20 & receive about 15 emails per month

you tube don't watch movies but to watch short misc clips up to about 6 min each. So about 60 different ones per month.

no streaming music

any suggestions on what to cut down on?
Not sure how accurate comcast's data calculator is.

Streaming media is the biggest hog on a capped contract - Netflix especially if it's in HD.

Movies can be huge, if you're playing the games online and using audio then that'll take up a large amount of data, YouTube videos can also be huge. The data usage soon adds up!
