I am looking for the best way to share my internet service with my sister. She lives about 200 yards away. Any suggestions? Thx in advance.

Is this 200 yards through buildings or pretty much line of sight? If it's line of sight, then you should be able to get away with a strong wireless access point at your end, and a strong receiver at hers. It's pushing it, but should be do-able.

If it's not a direct line of sight then it's not really possible (well, it is, but the expense mounts up so quickly it doesn't tend to be worth it.)

^^^yes a wireless point will be your best bet, you can use boosters to extend the radio waves

but if using cable you will need signal boosters

digital (zero and one's) signals fade REALLY FAST then analouge signals.

Yes..it is line of site and cable Internet. How would I set up a wireless point?
